Welcome Message from the Executive Director

I am delighted to welcome you to the official website of the University of Port Harcourt Foundation (UPHF). UPHF is concerned with stimulating and securing private support for the University to further the University’s mission of providing quality education for its students and society. The Foundation is therefore a complimentary body to the existing income-generating structure of the University, geared towards providing additional development to the institution.

Universities being microcosms of the larger society are not left out of the nation’s economic doldrums. The situation is not different at the University of Port Harcourt. However, the Foundation tries to maximize available private resources for meaningful productivity, while providing appropriate stewardship and accountability to all Donors and Sponsors, who by their kind gesture are automatically registered as Friends of the University. Once again, it is my pleasure welcoming you to UPHF official website.

The University of Port Harcourt Foundation is consisting of 12 Board Members, 1 Executive Director, 1 Development Officer, 3 Senior Administrative Staff, 1 Secretary 3 Junior staff, 1 Driver and 1 Caretaker (Cleaner).
